Shipping
We ship every order within 24 hours from our warehouse in Veenendaal, the Netherlands, via FedEx or DHL. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.
Free shipping on orders over $150 USD. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We ship to most countries worldwide. If you don't see a shipping option for your address at checkout, email hello@pureuv.nl and we'll arrange it.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your CleanLight unit arrives damaged or doesn't work out of the box, email hello@pureuv.nl within 8 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement at our cost — no return required for clearly defective units.
Returns within 15 days
If you've changed your mind, you can return any unused CleanLight unit in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service — we can only issue a refund for items we receive. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Replacement bulbs, filters, and accessories
Consumables (bulbs, filters, safety equipment) can be returned within 15 days only if unopened and in original packaging.
Warranty
Every CleanLight unit comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. UV lamps and filters are consumables and not covered under warranty — see the spec sheet on each product page for expected lifespan.
