Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return any CleanLight product within 30 days of delivery. Consumers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. UV-C lamps that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@pureuv.nl with your order number and the product you want to return, or use our withdrawal form. We will confirm your return and send you the return instructions. Returns must be sent to: PureUV B.V., Schietboom 2, 3905 TD Veenendaal, Netherlands.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be processed.

Return costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong item. In that case we provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, using the payment method you used for the order. We may deduct a reasonable amount for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and functioning of the product.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Legal guarantee

Consumers in the European Union have statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (in most EU countries two years from delivery). These rights are not affected by this policy. For warranty questions, contact hello@pureuv.nl.
