Shipping policy
Processing time
In-stock orders ship the next business day from our warehouse in Veenendaal, the Netherlands. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed on Monday. During busy periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery times
- Netherlands and Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Germany, Austria and the rest of the EU: 2–4 business days
- Switzerland and the United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
- USA and Canada: 2–4 business days (FedEx)
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping on all CleanLight units (Hobby, Pro, Air and the Starter Kits) is free. For replacement bulbs and filters ordered separately, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout; shipping is free on orders of $150 (approx. €130) or more.
Prices and VAT
Prices shown to customers in the European Union include VAT. Prices shown to customers in the USA, Canada, Switzerland and the United Kingdom exclude local taxes and import duties.
Tracking
After shipment you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order.
Customs and import duties
Orders to countries outside the European Union (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada) may be subject to import duties and local taxes. These are charged by the carrier or customs authority on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer, unless they are shown and paid at checkout.
