Shipping Policy

Processing Time In-stock orders are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed on Monday. During busy periods or public holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 1–3 business days
• Rest of the world: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and are displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to all orders of $150 or more.

Tracking After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order.

Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control.
